My Philosophy

Path to Serenity is a counseling service. I want to help you find hope and joy. Despite adversity, you can find peace as you face each challenge that life brings. 

Your story is important and needs to be heard. I believe that you possess the power to heal and create a perspective that puts safety and clarity back in your world.  I will help you find insight, feel valued, and discover the ways in which your body, mind, and spirit work in tandem to create harmony.
